Alongside Network offers Wellbeing for parents and caregivers of children who have experienced a life-threatening illness or injury.

Wellbeing Groups focus on:

• Validating your experiences

• Connecting with other NICU families

• Gaining coping skills
  

What to expect:

• Meets virtually over 7 weeks

• Facilitated by a clinical professional

• Offered at no cost to families
